Things to know…
TRAVEL
The retreat is hosted at a private residence just outside the town of Taunton, Somerset. An exact address will be given after booking. Transport from Taunton train station to the house can be arranged. There is also a small amount of roadside parking.
ACCESSIBILITY
The retreat will be hosted in a Victorian house and therefore has limited accessibility to those who cannot climb stairs. Some of the workshops will include movement, and the invitation is to move in a way which suits your body and its needs. Efforts will be made to ensure that all feel included in the instructions. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please get in touch and I will do my best to answer honestly, openly and make the retreat a safe welcoming space for you.
ACCOMMODATION
A small amount of accommodation is available for retreat attendees at the venue. This is to allow people travelling from further afield to attend the event. The accommodation is available on the 15th & 16th November for £50 a night. It includes the use of bedding, towels and hot drinks, but no further meals will be provided. The rooms come with double beds and can be shared with a friend/partner also attending the retreat. The accommadation is available on a first come first served basis.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Whilst at the retreat, you will receive two decadent meals: a nourishing brunch and a warming dinner. Snacks will also be available throughout the day. Utmost care will be taken to cater for the dietary needs of the attendees; therefore, most food will be plant-based. A form will be sent out upon booking to let us know of any restrictions and allergies.
INTEGRATION
It is important to me that the retreat is not just a time for exploration but a shifting towards deeper devotion to self. After the retreat, everyone will be entitled to an integration call where we talk through the experience of the retreat and how we can best support your onward integration.
WHO IS THE RETREAT FOR?
This retreat is for people who identify as female or non-binary, looking to explore their femininity. Within the retreat, we will touch on experiences of womanhood, the female body and giving/receiving pleasure. Each attendee must be aware of their own ability to sit in these conversations. I am always welcome to a chat to talk through whether the retreat will be the right space for you.
