Wild Soul Retreat Terms & Conditions

  1. Data Protection
    In order to comply with the General Data Protection Regulations, it is necessary to check whether or not you are happy for your contact details to be retained. Your data will not be shared, only obtained for communication or promotional purposes. By ticking ‘agree’ on the Wild Soul Retreat form, you consent to your data being collected for the purposes outlined above.

  2. Payment Plans and Deposits
    Deposits are non-refundable in any circumstance other than those detailed within the returns policy. Full payment or agreed instalments must be made as shown at checkout. If on a payment plan, you will receive a reminder for payment on both monthly instalments as well as a completion message via email. All payments need to be completed before the retreat on 25th September, unless prior arrangement has been made with the organiser.

  3. Returns Policy
    If you can no longer make the retreat, your ticket cannot be directly refunded to the providers. However, should you find yourself unable to attend, you are more than welcome to organise selling your ticket on to someone else. We will try to help you with this process. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a full refund. You are responsible for your travel to and from the retreat, if your travel arrangements mean you can no longer attend the retreat you will not be eligible for a refund. If the ferry is cancelled, resulting in guests not being able to travel to Canna, the retreat will be postponed to a different date. In this event, your ticket will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you can no longer attend, you will be offered a refund.

  4. Travel Precautions
    If ferries leaving Canna on the 28th September are cancelled, you are liable for the expense of food and accommodation for that day and any further days of cancellation until you are able to leave the island. Help will be provided to accommodate this occurrence. There is wild camping available on the island but if you wish to continue using the campsite facilities, the nightly charge is a rate of £20. There is an honesty shop where food can be purchased and we will do our best to provide opportunities to cook together to keep costs to a minimum. We will do our best to provide a comfortable and relaxed space in this unlikely event. It is highly advised you get travel insurance when you book this retreat and any of your travel.

  5. Waiver
    By ticking ‘agree’ on the Wild Soul Retreat form, you are agreeing to take part in the Wild Soul Retreat run by Goddesses of the Wild from Friday 25th September to Monday 28th September 2026 in Isle of Canna, Scotland, UK. Ticking ‘agree’ confirms that you understand the certain risks that may arise during this retreat and you fully accept those risks. These risks include but are not limited to threats of physical harm to yourself or others, injury, disease, theft or damage to personal items. You are individually responsible for protecting yourself from any liabilities that may arise from these risks. Ticking ‘agree’ means you are aware that Goddesses of the Wild cannot provide insurance to cover expenses caused by such risks. Sofie Parsons, as a 'Goddesses of the Wild' facilitator, will do their very best to support you and minimise the chances of these risks occurring.
    We cannot express an opinion that you are able to safely participate in any workshop. If you are in any doubt, please obtain professional or specialist advice from your doctor before participating. Where a movement or class is beyond your comfortable experience or ability, please do not continue.
    Please be aware that the facilitator has a recent DBS check and although not a trained therapist, has received training in facilitating women's circles, holding space for people to explore emotions and has extensive teaching and facilitating experience.
    The facilitator has a health and safety plan in place and has developed a risk assessment document.

  6. Confirmation
    By ticking ‘agree’ on the Wild Soul Retreat form, you are confirming that you have read this complete document and your responses in the adjoining form are true to the best of your knowledge. Please notify us of any changes to your answers before attending the retreat.
