So many of us did not have the celebration we deserved when we made the transition into maiden and had our first bleed.

Blood is met with embarrassment, denial and shame. Hiding away, carefully opening pads so no one will know.

Lots of people had similar beginnings to this, and honestly, we deserved more.

This offering is a chance to journey back in time and celebrate our first bleed and those we have had since.

We can talk through experiences, look at areas of discomfort and start to heal our relationship with our bleeds.

  • We will have an initial call to discuss your journey from child to maiden and your current relationship to your menstrual cycle.

  • Unique to your experiences, I will create a tailor-made ceremony from the information collected at the consultation to honour your bleed and your journey as a bleeding soul.

  • You will receive a digital pack of empowerment: a collection of resources to continue your path of devotion to your bleed

This ceremony is suitable either as a 1:1 journey for those who didn’t have a first bleed circle, but it can also be made into a circle for a girl journeying into maiden with her new bleed (surrounded by loved ones, mamas, aunts, sisters etc)
