The offering contains 4 workshops based on learning and exploring with the mind and 4 workshops based on embodying the things we have learnt through movement and art. There are 2 sessions for every season of the year. 
  • 4 workshops exploring and learning about the inner and outer seasons, living cyclically and to the rhythms of the natural world
  • 4 embodiment ceremonies where we adventure into the body and express through movement and art
  • A Devotion Box, sent to your door full of gifts to devote deeper to yourself (worth £50)

After you book, you'll receive an email from me within 48 hours with a helpful guide about the journey and a link to book each of your sessions.
